A Call to Action
The inspiration for creating the non-profit Vizion Tech stems from a deep understanding of the cultural and socio-economic challenges prevalent in our communities. Having personally navigated a path to professional success as a Network Engineer, I have observed the immense effort and often painful, unsupported journey it took, not due to a lack of willingness to help, but a lack of knowing how or where to start. This experience highlighted the reservations many individuals face when considering further education or financial stability, often feeling that their dreams are insignificant against daily struggles and immediate family needs. Recognizing that individual success cannot sustain an entire community, Vizion Tech was conceived as a collective effort—a “building brick by brick, person by person” approach to alleviate burdens and foster growth. This initiative is driven by the belief that access to information, mentorship, and accountability, all within a safe space, can spark a revolution, family by family and community to community. It is a direct response to the perceived digression in community progress, aiming to establish ideals propagated by reputable community members, bridging gaps, and providing the tools and support needed for a cycle of “each one teach one.”

Our Mission
Amid a rapidly changing economy shaped by automation, A.I., and corporate consolidation, many working-class communities face shrinking opportunities and rising costs. Our proposed “NEW AGE APPROACH” to Community Centers aims to reverse this trend by creating a collaborative hub for economic empowerment — a place where individuals can access financial literacy tools, business development support, A.I. and digital training, and shared spaces for innovation. With ambitions of creating a “skillset to work” economic pipeline. By consolidating critical resources and fostering partnerships, the center will equip residents to obtain careers, build sustainable businesses, strengthen local economies, and shape a more equitable future. This initiative is not just about economic recovery — it’s a movement toward self-sufficiency, resilience, and shared prosperity.

Our Progress: The Process
Every movement starts with a “Vizion”. Ours is to create a community hub for empowerment, collaboration, and opportunity — a place where individuals can access financial literacy resources, business development support, and pathways toward sustainable independence.
We’re in the startup phase, laying the foundation that will make this vision a lasting reality.
Where We Are Now
We are currently in the process of establishing our nonprofit structure. While we are not yet eligible for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, we are actively pursuing a fiscal sponsorship — a partnership that will allow us to receive grant funding and tax-deductible donations while we continue building our own independent status.
This approach ensures that we can begin important groundwork — including properly structuring the organization, planning our spoke sites (community-based locations) and initiating development of our main hub site, which will serve as the center for training, collaboration, and innovation.
Our Commitment to Transparency
We believe that progress should be shared openly. This page will serve as a live timeline of our development — from legal milestones and community partnerships to program launches and success stories.
We’ll keep this space updated regularly so that our funders, partners, and community supporters can follow along with our journey and celebrate each step forward with us.
Our Roadmap Ahead
- Phase 1 (Current): Organizational development, fiscal sponsorship, and network-building
- Phase 2: Launching spoke site initiatives and pilot programs in targeted neighborhoods
- Phase 3: Developing and opening our central Hub site — a permanent space for collaboration, training, and empowerment
Each phase builds on the last, ensuring that our growth is steady, sustainable, and community-driven.
